Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. For the monthly account we work on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will still have access to all of our services until the end of your billing cycle and you will not be charged the following month.


If you decide to pay yearly and you decide to cancel within the first 3 months of service we will only charge you for 3 months of service. You will still have full access to your services until the end of the 3-month period.

How do I cancel?

You can do this one of two ways. Either through your Stripe account that you will create when signing up or you can send an email to hello@okstudio.co with your request to cancel and we can handle it for you.

Will I still have access after I cancel?

Yes. Once you cancel your service continues until the end of your current monthly billing cycle. After that, your account will be closed and you will no longer be charged.

Do you offer refunds if I cancel early?

If work has started for the month unfortunately due to the nature of creative work we don’t offer partial refunds. If you cancel you will have full access through to the end of your monthly billing cycle and won’t be billed once it ends.

Can I pause my subscription?

No. We don’t offer pauses, but you can cancel anytime and return when you're ready.

Is there a minimum commitment?

For the monthly account there are no minimum commitments. If you choose to pay yearly and decide to cancel within the first three months we will only charge you for 3 months of service. You will still have full access to your services for the 3-month period. We're built for flexibility, month-to-month or yearly!

Do you offer a free trial?

We currently don’t offer a free trial, but as new clients if you mention it when you reach out we can offer a discount on your first month. It’s the best way to test how we work together without a long-term commitment and show you the value we can bring to your business.

How do I submit a work request?

Each client gets a dedicated Trello board to be able to submit and track your projects. We set it up and share access at the start of your subscription. You’ll use this board to submit all requests as well as communicate with the team as the work moves along.

Is there a request limit?

No. You can add as many requests as you need and we will work on them one by one based on the priority you set within your Trello board.

What format should I use for my requests?

We provide pre-built templates for you to use for common request types, just fill them in. You can also upload relevant files or include links directly in each card as well.

How are tasks prioritized?

You set the priority when submitting requests. There are built in tags to assign the priority within your board, once set we’ll confirm the order and start work accordingly.

When do you start working on a task?

ASAP! Work starts within 24 business hours of receiving a request and you will get a notification as well as see on your board the tasks that have been moved to "in-progress" so you can always track the progress of the work.

What’s the turnaround time?

Most basic requests are completed within 48–72 hours. Depending on the complexity and scope of the request, this timeline can shift. For example creating a design for a landing page v.s creating a full website design will have different timelines etc.

How do I submit revisions?

All feedback or revision notes will be entered into the Trello ticket which we will show you how to do once you signup. We handle revisions right away, without disrupting your queue.
